ArcGeoLink Ltd. is founded and managed by Ms. Elena Miloradovskaya & Dr. Sergey Drachev, professionals with a profound record of affiliation with a number of leading academic and research institutes, agencies and the petroleum industry. As independent consultants, they have been involved in a series of projects across the Former Soviet Union countries including Arctic seas.

DR. SERGEY S. DRACHEV

Sergey has a 30+ year record in both, academia and petroleum industry. In 1989, he graduated from Geological Faculty of Moscow State University (RF) with a PhD degree in tectonics. In 1993, Sergey joined Shirshov Institute of Oceanology, and in 2000 he received the highest in Russia degree of Doctor of Geological and Mineralogical Sciences for the work entitled "Tectonics of rifted continental margin of the northeastern Eurasia in the Arctic".  In 2006 he joined ExxonMobil Russia Inc. as a Geological Adviser, and in 2008 he was assigned to ExxonMobil International Limited (Leatherhead, UK).

As a leading geoscientist, Sergey was involved in numerous research and exploration projects in the Eurasian Arctic and High Arctic, Volga-Urals province, Ukraine Dnieper-Donets Basin, Black Sea, Kura Basin in Azerbaijan and Western India deep-water basins. He is an author of  80+ professional publications. Dr. Drachev is a member of the AAPG and The Geological Society.

Elena has a profound experience in coordinating multidisciplinary international research projects throughout the full implementation cycle. She graduated from St. Petersburg University (RF) with a MS degree in geophysics, and devoted most of her career to All-Russia Research Institute for Geology and Mineral Resources of the World Ocean (VNIIOkeangeologiya) working at various positions including assistant to Deputy Director on Foreign Relations, personal assistant to Director of Russian-Norwegian Joint Venture “SEVOTEAM” (Fugro AS), and personal assistant to Director of VNIIokeangeologiya.  In her late career, Elena was involved into implementation of several privately-funded multi client projects in Russian Arctic (in cooperation with TGS). In 2015 Elena founded ArcGeoLink Ltd.​
